Once you’ve chosen your stylist, head to their page (Jessi, Hannah, Natalie) for booking recommendations and service guidance.
Each stylist includes timing suggestions and appointment notes to help you select the right service for your hair goals, maintenance preferences, and starting point.

STEP 3
Start collecting inspiration photos, screenshots, saved posts, or anything else that helps communicate your vision.
Before your appointment, your stylist will connect with you via text so you can chat through ideas, expectations, questions, and overall direction together.

Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a reminder text with a link to everything you need to know before your first visit, including location details, parking, where to enter, and what to expect when you arrive.

IN THE CHAIR

New Guest services include an extended consultation, so there’s no need to panic-book or over-explain in five minutes. We’ll have plenty of time to talk through your hair history, goals, maintenance preferences, inspiration photos, and what actually makes sense for your hair and lifestyle.

Bring your visual inspiration and your questions. And please bring the “I love this but I don’t know if it works for me” screenshots…because we love that sh*T too!

THE COSMIC GALLERY

For color services:
Please arrive with clean, dry hair. Washing the day of or the day before your appointment is preferred.

For platinum services:
Please shampoo 2–3 days before your appointment.

For curly haircuts:
Please arrive with your hair dry, down, and recently styled so we can see your natural curl pattern and how your hair lives in real life. Avoid brushing, manipulating, pulling it into a bun or ponytail, or wearing hats, clips, or headbands before your appointment.

Cosmic Revival is a front-desk-free salon, which means your stylist will be your main point of contact from start to finish. When you arrive, make yourself comfortable in our seating area and we’ll greet you when we’re ready for your appointment.

You’ll find space to hang your coat, a cozy place to settle in, and a few drink options while you’re here, including espresso, Waterloo sparkling water, caffeinated tea, and herbal tea.

Our bathroom is gender-neutral and ADA accessible.
